Welcome to the new website for the Business Transition Strategies Division of New Hampshire Business Sales, Inc.

We have separated this site from the parent company, New Hampshire Business Sales Inc., in order to give the Division more of an identity of it's own.

Over time the site will grow as we develop the initiative and more descriptive materials about our work, but at this point the Division is not just up and running, but is working on a variety of assignments and engagements that are really exciting.

It has been interesting trying to define the difference between the work of this division compared to the rest of the company.  Essentially the main company, NHBS, will continue to sell main street businesses, including fairly large businesses that just need to go to market with a minimum of special analysis and planning other than a valuation.  The BTS Division is aimed at those companies with complex situations that need planning, preparation and changes before going to market, and those companies that need to be treated to a Mid Market Mergers and Acquisitions sale process, whatever size they are.
